What we collect

When you place an order or write to us, we collect the details you give us directly. We don't collect anything beyond what we need to make and ship your piece.

  • Your name and contact details
  • Your delivery address
  • Order details, including size and colour choices
  • Any messages you send us about an order

How we use it

We use your information to knit and ship your order, to keep you updated while it's made (allow 2 to 3 weeks), and to answer questions you send us.

We don't use your details for anything else, and we don't sell them.

Who we share it with

We share only what a delivery needs: your address with the courier who ships your order, and your payment details with whichever payment processor you pay through.

We don't hand your information to anyone else.

How we store it

We keep order and contact records for as long as we need them to run the shop, answer questions about past orders, and keep our own books straight. We take ordinary care to keep this information safe, the way a small handmade business normally handles customer records.
